‘Kyrmen’ means hope in Pnar, a powerful reminder of what the world needs now more than ever. Poverty, limited access to care, and a lack of opportunities for skill development are just some of the many challenges faced by society.
Founded in 2021, Kyrmen Foundation was set up to improve the welfare of the poor, women, and children through education, skill-building, employment opportunities, cost-effective housing schemes for lower income groups, and other initiatives in in East Jaintia Hills District of Meghalaya.
The Foundation comprises a passionate group of members and volunteers who believe in the impact of direct action for societal transformation. Each of us aims to balance the equation between those who need help and those who can help.
